Men…[John 9:30-38] After Jesus healed the blind man, those who knew him before  begin to question him, saying we know that God not hear sinners ; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him. They casted him out because they didn’t believe him. Jesus heard that they had casted him out, found him and asked if he believed in the Son of God? He answered and said, “Who is He, Lord that I might believe in him?”And Jesus said to him, “You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you. Then he said, “Lord, I believe!”And he worshiped Him.

Worship of Christ: (Week 2, Day 1)

Angels…… [Heb.1:6] But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: “Let the angels of God worship Him.”

Magi……[Matt.2:1-2,11a] Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying “Where is He who has been born king of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.” And when they had come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him.

Worship of God:  (Week 1, Day 3)

Debated…… [1Kin.18:21-39] Here we find Elijah and the false prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel preparing to prove whose god was true.  Baal’s prophets called on their god until the evening without receiving an answer, but the God of Elijah sent fire down on the altar he built and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench. Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, “The Lord, He is God! The Lord, He is God!”

Worship of God:  (Week 1, Day 2)

Perverted…[ 2Kin.21:3, 21] For he rebuilt the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed;  he raised up altars for Baal, and made a wooden image, as Ahab king of Israel had done; and he worshiped all the host of heaven and served them.

Corrupted…. [Rom.1:25] Who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever.

Defined…… [John 4:21-24] Jesus said to the woman, “Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in sprit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Commanded….. [1Chr.16:29-30] Give to the Lord the Glory due His name;Bring an offering, and come before Him. Oh, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness!Tremble before Him, all the earth. The world also is firmly established, it shall not be moved.
